Our support staff answers telephone calls, directs client inquiries appropriately and ensures our client’s matters are administered efficiently.

Our paralegals provide professional assistance to our attorneys and clients, and our Firm Administrator oversees the daily operations of the Firm.

Paralegals

Our paralegals are professionals who have been specifically trained and educated to help our clients understand the process, gather documents and factual information and assist our attorneys in the effective management of matters in our office. Paralegals have regular contact with clients to help them get answers to their questions quickly and efficiently. They work closely with our attorneys to develop strategy, obtain documents, respond to discovery and document requests, conduct legal research, interview clients for information, aid in filing and completing petitions and schedules, and handle daily telephone calls and correspondence with clients, opposing counsel and the court.

By using professionally trained and educated paralegals, Gertler Law Group can continue to provide exceptional and responsive service to our clients while keeping costs reasonable.

Support Staff

The support staff, both the first face and/or voice of Gertler Law Group, takes the word “support” very seriously and is a vital element in the success of the firm. Whether called upon to warmly welcome and assist new clients with introductory paperwork, or to take and relay accurate messages for all office personnel, or to prepare support documents for client files and office operations, they can be counted on to handle the task with calm efficiency and professionalism.

Under the leadership of the Firm Administrator, each member of the support staff  works with an attention to detail that can ease the burden of minutiae for the legal staff. By scheduling and documenting consultations, follow-up appointments, court appearances, and off-site networking events, the staff ensures that no one is ever inconvenienced by a conflict. By maintaining organized client files, the support staff assures that attorneys and paralegals walk into meetings and courtrooms with complete client information. By compiling a full complement of daily, weekly and monthly reports, the staff provides “snapshots” of office functions for the team.

In addition to daily prioritizing and multi-tasking, the members of Gertler Law Group support staff are true specialists in communicating. In constant contact with partners, associates, paralegals, clients and each other by phone, mail, email or in person, each member of the staff contributes to the goal of keeping everyone in the office informed about all matters that pertain to them.
